To become a member, please REGISTER on the webpage and pay the MEMBERSHIP FEE

Create Account and follow the registration steps.

Add your User Name, Email and Password, click on Register. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent
to your inbox. If you don’t get the verification email, please check your spam folder. Once verified, you will be redirected to the membership page to add details

How to pay your Membership Fee

Current annual membership is valid through December 31, 2025. Payment of annual membership dues of $25.00 can be made by mailing a check payable to SERCA to:

Don’t forget—your membership isn’t complete until you’ve submitted both the form and your payment. If you pay online through PayPal, you should receive a confirmation email. No email means no payment!

How To get listed in the find a conservator Directory

To be included in the SERCA FIND a conservator directory, you must have an active annual membership.
No membership, no listing.
  • As said before, Once verified, you will be redirected to the membership page to add details (See picture below).
  • You’ll need: A photo of yourself (required size: 400 x 300 pixels) to accompany your listing.
  • Add all the requested details to the membership page. Fill out all mandatory fields.
  • In the location field, you can enter either your full address or just the zip code —then choose the option that best fits.
  • In the Description field, add any other details you’d like to appear in your public profile. IF YOU WANT TO OPT OUT FROM THE LISTINGS, WRITE SO IN THIS FIELD
  • Once you become a member and complete the membership form, your profile will be automatically included in the SERCA ‘Find a Conservator’ directory within a month.

How To Modify your listing

  • Log in with your credentials. Press LOGIN and refresh the page
  • If you are logged in, your name should appear where the following picture indicates:
  • Go to the membership page and click on “Membership form”. Fill in ALL THE DETAILS again with your modifications. It will be listed shortly.
